We have a particular focus on strategic risk in 2024 and recently introduced and redefined new risk classifications and definitions, for the energy sector which consider how to handle the Sustainability agenda and AI. We also risk assessed a bank for a core banking platform replacement.

Risk is paramount to our thinking.

We have been in the global risk sandpit for two decades and have many corridor notes we are able to share, that will enable your business, purpose or craft to get comfortable with risk.

In the UK we developed firm-wide policies, frameworks, procedures and determined scenarios and contingency plans to mitigate significant risks in excess of £3bn AUM.

In NZ we have engaged directly with regulators and introduced new operating models to meet compliance, reducing risk, in response to regulatory fines in excess of $1.4bn for a bank and also worked inside the FMA.
